A payment request is a purchase order relative the chosen subscription and can be completed or outstanding.
Completed payments are payment requests which have been completed successfully and for which a subscription has been activated.
It is possible to view the list of your completed payments by clicking on My profile from the menu and then on Completed payments, as shown in the figure below.
It is possible to see the details for each completed payment (type of subscription, total cost, order number, date of creation and receipt, state of the payment and payment method) and, where possible, download the invoice in PDF format by clicking on the link Download invoice.
Outstanding payments are payment requests which have not been completed yet successfully.
If there is an outstanding payment, you will see the writing Outstanding payment in the menu.
It is possible to see the link of your outstanding payments by clicking on Outstanding payments, as shown in the figure below.
It is possible to see the details for any outstanding payments (type of subscription, total cost, order number, date of creation and receipt, state of the payment and payment method) and, where possible, the instructions to complete the outstanding payment.

If a payment request is not completed within a reasonable period, Arcadja reserves the right to cancel it automatically from the system.
For problems relative to payment requests it is extremely important to communicate your order number.
